Your head is aching and you don't wanna take the same pill again.
Your stomach is feeling like a ball and you don't wanna go to the drug-store.

Of course there is lots of pills, creams, lotions that you can find in the drug-store but first of all they cost lots of money and secondly they could help you with your currently problem but it could react negatively on some other part of your body. And this is because all these pills, creams, antibiotics, etc.. they are all chemistry and nothing else. And by taking them you put this chemistry into you body and affect you liver.

There is a better solution for your health problems - the old home made medicine methods.

For example you have fever. What would you do?
There are some home made remedies for it. For instance:

Attract health and love. But how?!

You are sick. And you wonder why?

Yes, may be it is because you have eaten something not healthy or you have been around sick people, or you have put very few clothes on you on a windy night? We could tell a lot of different reasons for your sicknes now. But is any of these the right reason? May be not!

Have you thought about your attitude towards life, health, love and so on. Have you thought about the thing called negativism. Yes, this could cause very big troubles in your life, health, love, happiness, etc.

All the negative thoughts that we have, the stress, the nerves ... all of this come back to us with great power but not to help us, just to cause more problems.

So the one and only decision to feel and be healthy, in love, happy ... is to think positively. To be grateful for what you have and to believe in good things and positivism.

You have to believe that things are going to be fine so that they change towards good. You have to believe in love, so that you feel in love. You have to believe that you are healthy, so that you really be well again.

Just think positively and everything's gonna be fine again. ;)

The need of Vitamin C

Although very unique in nature, human organism can not synthesize one of the most important vitamins for proper growth, the one and only vitamin C. Unlike most animals which produce their own vitamin C, man gets it from food. But each of us must be aware of the fact that vitamin and mineral nutritious supplements cannot maintain our health by itself. 15 Myths about weight loss - part III

Here is the final part of the promised 15 myths about weight loss. I hope you've enjoyed them and learnt something new. ;)

11. It is enough not to eat after 18 h. False! diet, put weight, extra kilos
Of course, if you work until 5 in the evening and then you go home till 6 o'clock, this rule can be kept very easily. But if you come home no earlier than 8 o'clock, what would you do? Stay hungry? No. The rule is simple - have dinner at least 3-4 hours before going to bed.

12. It's a holiday! I can let myself have some more food. Impossible!
Avoid any celebrations when you're on a diet, because it could have catastrophic consequences on you. "Just a bit" will hardly stop you from eating more and more. Not only that you will return the old kilos, but you will likely to put some more weight.

Well, partially this is true. But it's up to you not to reach their kilograms. You have to restrict the quantity of food you take every day and you won't become like your relatives.

14. The cellulite disappears along with the extra kilos. False!

Here is the continual of the previous article about what people think it is good for them when it comes to diet. They don't know that all these things are bad for their health, that they are just myths!

6. Taking laxatives has two benefits: purgation and losing weight. False! weight loss
After the first time your body will feel purified. But if you use this method every day, your intestines will lose their natural condition.

7. You can lose weight by using diuretics. False!
It is true that your weight will be reduced, but it will be at the expense of loss of fluids. Thus your organism will be dehydrated and there is a danger for your kidney function. And if you lose some weight anyway, it will be momentary.

8. Pills for quickly weight loss. False! losing weight
If you do not take them along with a diet and sport activities, they will hardly work. Fat will melt unevenly. To fix the contours of your body, you should take advantage of special exercises, massage and cabin procedures along with the pills. And when you choose diet pill, please do not go for those saying "- 10kilos in 5 days" or something like that, because they are lying!

9. It is useful for you to eat only raw fruits and vegetables. False!
This may lead to a shortage of proteins and fats. Also you must remembered that the vegetable food does not satiate fully and it provokes expanding your stomach. When eating vegetables repeatedly and if you do not have enough strength, the green salad will soon be displaced by a savoury steak.

10. You could lose some weight if you miss your lunch. False!
Some people actually feed on twice a day and this is normal for them. But this regimen of diet has nothing to do with weight loss, nor with the recommended regimen of at least 3 meals a day. If you miss your lunch, it is possibly for you to eat at dinner almost twice as much.

In the next lines I'll try to give you the most common myths about weight loss, so that you don't believe in them and try to avoid them.

1. The shortest way to weight loss is starvation. False!
At first you really start losing weight, but then very quickly you return the previous kilograms. If, however, for some reason you want to hunger, try to do it for no more than 2-3 days.

2. The one and only enemy - the cholesterol. False!
To get rid of the products containing cholesterol is a very big mistake that could have unforeseen consequences. Firstly cholesterol is not superfluous but it is necessary for our organism (in certain quantities, of course) - it is directly involved in the production of sex hormones. And when their balance is disturbed, the effects on our body can be very serious.

3. Tea for losing weight is innocuous. False!

4. Vegetarianism saves you from extra kilograms. Not always!

Coffee - the good and the bad things about it

Almost every man on earth drinks coffee. The cafes on the street are full of people drinking coffee. Also in almost every family there is a coffee maker or at least a packet of coffee. It has become a staple of life.

But is coffee good or bad for you? In my opinion it depends on who you ask.

As in all things, you have to drink coffee moderately. A cup or two a day isn't going to do harm to you. But if you drink a whole pot every single day, it will definitely have an effect on you.

Now I will reveal to you the good and the bad things about the coffee. Lets' start with the benefits of drinking it.

It prevents some diseases of our time:
It reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease, heart disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetis and gout. It is due to the caffeine content of coffee or the antioxidants in it, as it is known that coffee is the no. 1 source of antioxidants. Sleep Loss and Weight Gain - Is There a Connection?

Sleep is essential. When we sleep, we repair our mental and physical condition. And in the morning we feel refreshed and relaxed.

But when we do not sleep enough, then we could suffer depression, heart disease, hypertension, tremors, irritability or even obesity. It is proven that lack of sleep increases the level of an appetite hormone called Cortisol and decreases the level of a hormone that makes you feel satisfied - Leptin. The result may be overeating and weight gain.

Except for this, sleep deprivation can cause obesity by affecting our behavior.
People are often too tired to exercise. They usually feel exhausted and do not want or even do not have the energy and motivation to do just simple exercises. They rather go to sleep, than go physical.

People who cannot sleep well tend to eat more sweets, chips, cakes, fries, burgers, soft drinks, etc. The extra calories, brought on by these snacks, are not needed by the body and they will be stored as body fat.

According to experts, most people need seven to nine hours per night. But there are some adults who can do with less, and others who need more to be in top condition during the day.

Until now a lot of people do not know exactly how much sleep they need. Eve Van Cauter, professor of medicine at the University of Chicago, recommends this: "The next time you are on vacation, just sleep as much as you can the first two or three days. This way you can pay off your sleep debt, she declares. And when you start sleeping well, record how much you sleep, plus or minus 15 minutes. That will be your sleep need or capacity."

So, getting your sleep problems determined and treated could be the first step in accomplishing your goals about losing weight. 20 tricks to being slim

  1. Just miss the dessert when you have your dinner.
  2. Drink 1-2 glasses of water before you are going to eat. They suppresses appetite.
  3. Do not eat paste products, fat cheese and wine for a couple of days.
  4. At lunch instead of a hamburger, take a yoghurt.
  5. If you feel that you become fat, make a protein diet for two days - white chicken meat, boiled eggs or fish without garnish.
  6. Eat from small dishes. But do not serve over again.
  7. Half an hour before you are going to eat, take a pill, which suppresses appetite.
  8. You have decided to go to a restaurant. Great! But only if you wear a really tight skirt.
  9. The first thing you should do when you sit at the table is to take away the tray with bread.

  16. Throw away everything in your house that could allures you - chocolate, soft drinks, biscuits...etc.

  18. Keep vegetables around you. So that you could beguile your hunger with them.
  19. To take the edge off your appetite eat one boiled egg before dinner.
  20. Eat rice, vegetables and fish like the chinese - with chopsticks. This way you are going to eat little.
