1. The shortest way to weight loss is starvation. False!
At first you really start losing weight, but then very quickly you return the previous kilograms. If, however, for some reason you want to hunger, try to do it for no more than 2-3 days.

2. The one and only enemy - the cholesterol. False!
To get rid of the products containing cholesterol is a very big mistake that could have unforeseen consequences. Firstly cholesterol is not superfluous but it is necessary for our organism (in certain quantities, of course) - it is directly involved in the production of sex hormones. And when their balance is disturbed, the effects on our body can be very serious.

3. Tea for losing weight is innocuous. False!
Absolutely safe products do not exist. If you do not pay attention to the contra-indications, you can bring upon gastritis or chronic indigestion. After about 10 days can feel pain and burning in the stomach.

4. Vegetarianism saves you from extra kilograms. Not always!
You can even put some weight on when eating vegetarian food. The complete rejection of animal proteins will affect negatively your health.

5. The more you watch your weight, the more you please others. False!
This position has a side effect. Exactly when one person says that he/she starts losing weight, others begin noticing his/her weight. And neither men nor women like too lean partners.
