Coffee Protects Women From Heart Attack


Regular drinking of coffee keeps woman's heart healthy and contribute to increasing life expectancy, according to Swedish researchers.

The experiment involved 34,670 females aged between 49 and 83 years old whose health was monitored  for 10 years by those scientists.

The results suggest that women who drink at an average of one cup of caffeinated drinks a day were subjected to 25% lower risk of heart attack.

The positive effect of coffee is due to the fact that its constituents control the level of insulin in the female body and reduce oxidation processes caused by free radicals.

So the conclusion should be: Drink at least one cup of coffee per day!

Easy 5-Step Meal Plan for Weight Loss


1. Eat more vegetables. They are the key to a nice looking body. But choose healthy ones such as green beans, broccoli or green salad.

2. You don't have to eat only vegs, you can combine them with high protein foods like fish, chicken, eggs or delicious yogurt.

3. Feel free to add a small quantity of starchy complex carbs or whole grains such as brown rice, oats or rye bread. Of course, they should be within your calorie needs per day.

4. Don't forget the fruits! Although it's good to include only a few high fiber fruits per day (1-3). In this category are included: grapefruit and other fruits that are rich of water. Also it is mandatory to drink as much water as you can between meals.

According to a research of the World Bank, 1.142 billion people in the world smoke. This makes at about 29% of the whole population on Earth. And this is horrific!

There are some sayings considered myths and others - considered true facts. I'll give you right now the true but awful facts about smoking.

1. Smoking cigarettes kills more people in two days than cocaine kills in a year.

2. Tobacco contains over 4 000 different chemicals. 200 of them are considered very harmful and poisonous.

3. Secondary smoking is as harmful as active smoking. Each year cigarettes kill more non-smokers than illegal drugs, AIDS, and teenage drinking all combined.

4. One of every 6 deaths in the USA is a cause of smoking.

5. Smoking can cause a lot of different types of cancer such as: cancers of the mouth, lip and throat, kidney cancer, cancer of the liver, pancreas cancer, cancer of the stomach and leukaemia.

6. Smoking cigarettes increases the risk of stroke and brain blood curdling by 300 %.

7. More than 40 % of the high-school students smoke or use other tobacco products. Students of different ethnic groups smoke even more.

Your head is aching and you don't wanna take the same pill again.
Your stomach is feeling like a ball and you don't wanna go to the drug-store.

Of course there is lots of pills, creams, lotions that you can find in the drug-store but first of all they cost lots of money and secondly they could help you with your currently problem but it could react negatively on some other part of your body. And this is because all these pills, creams, antibiotics, etc.. they are all chemistry and nothing else. And by taking them you put this chemistry into you body and affect you liver.

There is a better solution for your health problems - the old home made medicine methods.

For example you have fever. What would you do?
There are some home made remedies for it. For instance:
- Try a cold bath instead of taking Aspirin
- Drink as much water as you could. It is recommended to be distilled.
- Avoid eating solid food. You can drink juices or water instead.
