Water is the substance of life. It is important to every metabolic process. Nothing could replace the water and its vital qualities. It is essential to the human's survival. A man could live without food for about a month, but without water - only about a week.
When you drink a cafe or a Coca Cola, for example, it is not the same as you drink water. Although they are liquids, the caffeine in them plays the role of diuretic and it causes the loss of fluid in human body. Doctors recommend that we should drink at least 6 - 8 glasses of water per day to feel good.
Water abolishes the toxins from our bodies. It is vital for most of the diets because it helps removing redundant nitrogen, urea and ketone bodies. Water also helps burning fats. It aids in the digestion process and prevents constipation.
Water helps people who eat a lot of salty food. The more salt in the food, the more the body retains water in aim to cope with the salt. So my advice is that you should eat less salty food, or drink more water.
Water leads to better health. It can prevent and alleviate headaches. Drinking more water could decrease the risk of some types of cancers.
Water even moisturizes skin and provides proper cellular formation under layers of skin. And that makes it look beautiful and healthy.
