10 Tips for Healthy Eating

  1. Eat at least 3 times per day. Take a meal every 3-4 hours, if you can.
  2. Have your breakfast every day. It doesn't have to be a big one. An egg, a slice of wholemeal bread and some cheese would give you an awesome start of your day.
  3. Take sources of protein with every meal you have.
  4. Eat vegetables with every basic meal.
  5. Keep healthy snacks in your work place or at home. This way you will always have something good to eat even if you do not have free time to make or buy your meals.
  6. Learn how to plan. Prepare some food in your home when you are going to a place where you cannot find any. Like that you will always eat high quality food.
  7. Clean up your house. Give away everything that tempts you like sugar, ice-cream. Buy honey in stead of sugar and yogurt with fruits in stead of ice-cream.
  8. Decrease food that consists of refined carbohydrates, flavourings or preservatives.
  9. Drink less coffee. In stead of this drink more green tea and water. Take at least 10-12 glasses of water per day.
  10. Provide yourself with enough quantity of fats - from fish, salad oil, linseed. Do not avoid animal fat that you can find in meat and milk.
Being on a diet or taking pills for weight loss should be accompanied with good healthy eating. So follow these tips and feel pretty and healthy.
